Both the full moon and new moon provide powerful times for women to align with their natural cycles and intentions, making lunar meditation a grounding practice. The moon’s phases have a deep connection with feminine energy, mirroring cycles of creation, release, and renewal. For many women, tuning into these cycles through meditation can enhance self-awareness, foster emotional release, and create space for new intentions.

Full Moon Meditations are ideal for reflection and letting go. During a full moon, emotions are heightened, making it the perfect time to release limiting beliefs or habits that may be holding you back. This is also when I encourage clients to perform a ritual I call Murder Your Monster, www.mrci.global.monsters where we acknowledge and symbolically “slay” any internalized fears, doubts, or negative patterns. It’s a cathartic process that helps women let go of what no longer serves them, creating emotional clarity and space for transformation.
New Moon Meditations are all about beginnings and setting intentions. The new moon, representing a fresh cycle, is a powerful time for women to align their goals, whether in career, relationships, or personal growth. Meditating during a new moon supports envisioning the future and setting clear intentions, fostering patience as these goals take shape over time.
By tapping into these lunar phases, women often find they are more in tune with their own bodies and energy cycles, helping them approach life’s challenges with greater harmony. These practices offer not only reflection but also empowerment, helping us navigate life’s ebbs and flows with grace.
