The Mission
We mentor at-risk youth through conversation, emotional mastery, and real human connection.
But this isn’t just about mentoring kids.
It’s about shifting systems, by building an army of mentors who know how to hold space, create safety, and spark transformation.
Our movement is built on one belief:
When the most overlooked youth discover their voice, they don’t just change their future, they expand what’s possible for all of us.

Founder’s Story:
The Birth ofThe Rogue Rise
They say trauma doesn’t just scar you, it shapes you. But if you know how to wield it, it becomes the sharpest tool in your arsenal.
My name is Channa Bromley, and I built The Rogue Rise not despite my past, but because of it.
I didn’t grow up with stability. I grew up in a home where connection was scarce and chaos was the norm. Feeling invisible and unwanted, I searched for belonging in all the wrong places. That path led to addiction, homelessness, violence, and moments so dark I didn’t think I’d survive them. I got caught up in crime. In gangs. I tried to disappear from a world that never seemed to have a place for me. And yet somehow, I found a way back.
I spent years navigating systems that were never built to save people like me and systems that failed the very ones who needed them most. I saw misfits, outcasts, and the underestimated written off before they even had a chance to write their own stories. And I knew I had to change that.
The Rogue Rise was born from the belief that no one is beyond redemption, only beyond opportunity.
We don’t “rescue” people. We don’t “fix” them. We teach them how to become dangerous in all the right ways; sharp, strategic, self-sufficient.
Our mission is to turn survivors into leaders. To transform struggle into strength. And to make sure the next generation of at-risk youth rise, not just above their circumstances, but above everyone’s expectations.
This isn’t about playing by the rules.
It’s about rewriting them.

The Problem
We're
SOLVING
Too many mentorship programs are:
Transactional instead of transformational.
Focused on performance, not healing
Built by people who’ve never been where these kids have been
Why We Matter
Society may see these young people as rogues,
but we see them as rising stars. Our unique approach is grounded in self-mastery and personal transformation. Through our unique methodologies, including "Murder Your Monster" technique, we help participants confront and eliminate their inner monsters whether that’s self-doubt, anger, or toxic patterns and turn their pain into power.
